The user service allows you to:

• Get notified about the agent's lines and availability changes
• And much more

Usage

You can not build a phone system without having a system that manages the agents availability.

One of this service main purpose is to allow you to manage everything around the availability of your agents, change the wrap-up time configuration and much more.

📄️Init

Before start using the user events, you need to initialize the service with the BUS.INIT event.

📄️Availability changed

This event is used to notify you when the availability of an agent changes.

📄️User lines changed

This event is used to notify you about changes in your lines (numbers).
