Coach mute
At the start of a coaching call, the coach is muted by default.
Throughout the coaching session, the coach can toggle between mute and unmute to whisper to the coachee, using the DIALER.MUTE
event.

The coach can toggle mute/unmute, even when joining the call in incognito mode.

Only the coachee can hear the coach when unmuted. The external party cannot hear the coach.
